Le Moulin du Landion
The restaurant is in the older part of the hotel overlooking the old mill wheel and above the river "Le Landion".
In a warm atmosphere you can taste local traditional dishes (snails, game, local cheeses, andouillette of Troyes) as well as more sophisticated dishes (foie Gras, filet de Bar, etc.)
And don't hesitate to drink a glass of Champagne or a selection of wines from our cellar.

The Champagne Route
The Champagne route connects Bar-sur-Aube to Bar-sur-Seine crossing a dozen villages at the foot of slopes of vines.
The winemakers will open their cellars of Champagne with pleasure.
